Make sure you enter your name and email address (even though you won't get an error message - system glitch we haven't fixed yet! -, the form won't transmit without them).  It may be helpful for us to have your phone numbers as well, especially if we need to get back to you quickly.

We hope the festival has legs and proceeds into 2009 and beyond.  If you're interested in possibly performing at future festivals, tell us who you are and what you do!  It would help us to know:

Whether you have a current photo/s of the group
Whether you have current sound files available
